HOLIDAY SPICE APARTMENTS are six apartments that is located on the same compound. Each apartment has its own patio, ramp, kitchen,bathroom, living room and dining room. Guest will have access to lawn and benches to enjoy the cool breeze under the palms and view nature. You have easy access to publc transportation and we are located central to the well known beach for surfing competitions and Miami beach. We are close to Oistins where you would see the sights and sounds of awesome intertainment and friendly people if you like adventure and parties. Just opposite Cooling beach is the shopping mall that has it all you may need of the caribbean shopping.
 
We have a car for rental purposes to make getting around the island easy.
 
In this area also in the distance and near you can view the chattering monkeys and coooing doves and unique birds for the those who like nature.

LAWN GROVE....Apt3
View of lawn and there is a  private patio to the lawn. While sitting and enjoying the cool of the day, our guest will see the garden creatures that adds to the ambiance.The special rates apply to guest staying for one month or more. The overnight rates remain at $100.00USD. The beautiful room consist of two beds. Upon request you can one bed. There are special rates for long term stays. Call or message us.
 
Palm View rm #2 'Splendor'
It looks out to the lawn and neighbourhood view. It has two bedrooms and comfortable. It's private for the family or separate guest who will share this beautiful apartment. It's easy access to public transportation and we offer private transportation. We are five minutes drive to the night and day entertainment spots in the surf in Silver Sands and dining plus beaches in Oistins Bay. We have special rates for the long term stays for families or business at per night per room.
 
Palm View Apt for four guests
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It views monkeys and unique birds. There is access to the lawn and relax under the palm trees for cool breeze. Walking distance to the bus stop and 10 mins away from Silver Sands beach.
 
Little Bay is a quaint one bedroom apartment
LITTLE BAY offers your own space and comfort .Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It has 1 bathroom, closet space kitchen and folded tables to use. Its for lone traveler or couple. A quaint studio with all amenities. Easy access to lawn and outdoors. Any possible overnight or two night stay is $100.00 per night.
 
SOUTH SIDE...Apt #7
South Side apartment is about 10 mins away from the airport and 5 mins Oistins Bay Gardens. Public transport and the beach are easily accessible from HOLIDAY SPICE apartments. It is walking distance to Silver Sands where the world Surfing competitions are held. There is a special rate for the month and more stays. Please check the special rates.
It has an individual entry. Bookings for overnight is $100.00USD. It has AC at $10.00USD per night.
 
Palm View ..Room #2
Palm View Room #2 can be rented together with room #1 at $170USD per night or shared at $65.00USD per night. As you view the photos, its a spacious family apartment or rented as a shared. Viewing the birds, monkeys and nature from the second floor with balcony is lovely. The room is peaceful and quiet. Any possible overnight stays the rate is $100USD per room ...per night.
 
The space
The lawn view is an ease for the family to enjoy socialising. The view from this apartment helps you to see the awesome sunsets and sunrise here in Barbados. The strong breeze allows you to relax and enjoy the peace.
 
Guest access
Easy access to laundry room and storeroom and the lawn. Here you can witness the sounds and sight of the birds seen on the island.
 
Other things to note
The one or two overnight rates are $100.00USD per night. The two bedroom is $130.00USD per night for month stays. The breezy atmosphere and the tropical peaceful environment is breath taking with nature at your finger tips.

Great Host!


Harriet and her husband are gorgeous hosts. We would go there again and it was a pleasure meeting them. The Apartment is only a 15min drive from the Airport. There is a bus stop and a Shop very close by. The bathroom and the kitchen are quite old, but clean.

Nice stay and very flexible with the check-in and check-out! Nice, lovely and very friendly people, we had good conversations. Easy to reach via 11 Van from Oistins. Also from Airport with a 3D Van. Thanks a lot for everything and take care!

House in a quiet area, with a large apartment. Access to the garden and tables where you can read in peace and enjoy the shade of the trees. Hariett and Mr. Brown are sociable and always ready to help with anything. They make you feel at home.

Harriet and Desmond are both extremely kind and generous. They went above and behold as hosts, Desmond offering to run me to a cheaper supermarket on day one and on the final day dropping me off to the airport. Desmond kindly brought salad from his farm and even cooked up a local Bajan dish. If they can help and support people stays they did. Their was a mix of nationalities staying their during my time which I really liked. Thank you for hosting me.

Perfect Place


Harriet and Desmond were extremely accommodating and friendly. I had lovely long chats with both of them throughout my stay. It’s an ideal place to stay if you like to be in a local neighbourhood but still have access to get to the busier/livelier parts of Barbados. It’s a nice small accommodation and could be your home away from home with a few extra tweaks, to make it more cozy which will be perfect for a place like this. Thank you for hosting us!

very welcoming and helpful good location for both walking to the beach and shops and frequently running public transport. The property itself has other apartments to stay that are more than adequate for stays and very comfortable i would stay here again but not in property no 6 it was a bit to small for me but worth the money i spent
