Description

This cabin is spacious, over 700 square feet. 3 rooms with a private bedroom, large living room and a fully equipped sit down kitchen (just like home), a private bathroom and outdoor covered deck, picnic table, charcoal grill & fire pit.
 
All accommodations have Direct Tv with HBO & Wifi.
This accommodation can sleeps 6 with a queen bed and 2 futons .
And we are a pet friendly facility. Please inquire about our pet policies. There are additional fees with bringing your pet.
 
The space
A reasonably good sized space with 3 rooms. It is more like and apartment with bedroom, living room and sit down kitchen.
 
Guest access
You must have a car. It is a very rural area with no public transportation.
 
Other things to note
Pet policy:
$15 per night per pet for 2 nights or less. 3 nights or more $10 per night, max of $50 per week. Second pet in a room is half the first. Please talk to us about how to care for your pet during your stay.

And I have been hosting here in Blue Mt Lake with my wife Boka for 16 years now. I am an expert in the area and I can provide information about local vendors and other businesses that I network with that can make your vacation memorable and save you money. Feel free to ask any question about the beautiful Adirondack State Park which our facility is located in and/or about our lodging. It would be my pleasure to assist. I write poetry as a hobby and play the Conga Drums for a little fun. You may find that Blue Mt Lake is not only a great place to vacation, it can also be a spiritual experience. It has been for me. Here is my pet fee policy:
$15 per night first two nights. $10 per night thereafter, max of $50 per week. 2nd dog in room half the first. Max pets per room 2. 
 
Housekeeping fees are a flat rate regardless of the length of stay.
 
I have a 2 night minimum, except on holiday weeks and in July & August. I have a 3 night minimum on the weekends. I don't know if your platform can be that specific but if you can please note.

amazing


Unit#4 was super cozy and cute for my family of 4 and our dog. IMO the \"Accuracy\" might have gotten 4 stars, but not in a bad way. The pictures are a little misleading as the place is actually much bigger and nicer than they let on. Lenny and Boka were amazing and were willing to chat about their adventures and life in the Adirondacks. They were very accommodating, and even have a little shop for some Blue Mountain Lake memories. Not being \'on the water\' shouldn\'t deter anyone as it is literally a 2min drive to the boat launch and beach. I can\'t wait to lock in dates for next year!

The place was very clean & cozy


We highly recommend Lenny & Boka’s place. You can be as close to the hosts as you want. The place was very clean & cozy, near the center of town. We were in unit 4 & there was a snow storm & Lenny shoveled around the car & sanded too, so it wouldn’t be slippery. Across the street from our stay is a Diner from the 40’s that looks brand new run by Chef Darrell, excellent food & you can get Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner if you wanted.
