It is a lovely 1,050 square foot One Bedroom unit. Despite being a One Bedroom, it has 2 full bathrooms. The finishes are superb and give a truly luxurious experience. It has a large terrace with a ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, Air Conditioning throughout. Partial Ocean View. One parking space comes with the unit.
The building is located right on the beach, is well secured, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, hotels, etc.
 
The space
This condo is perfectly located on the quieter side of St. Lawrence Gap. Sandals Resort is a stone throw away, and the beach is quite literally at your doorstep. It is quiet, yet you are within walking distance to bars, restaurants, nightclubs and more.
 
It is 1,050 square feet of living space including 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice large terrace with loungers, a king sized bed in the bedroom, a pull out sofa for an extra person, wifi throughout, AC throughout, a ceiling fan on the terrace as well and television with cable.
 
The dining table is also person for WFH persons as a desk. Of course you could also make the beach your office.
 
Guest access
The common areas (pool, beach, beach chairs, parking,...) and everything within the unit.
 
Other things to note
The building is situated directly on the beach. There are nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a surf school right next door as well, where you can learn to surf or rent boards. Our beach is very quiet, but the neighbouring beach is Dover Beach, where you can get some jet skis, hobie cats, enjoy grilled fish, enjoy other beach bars, and more.
 
White Sands Beach Condos is designated a quarantine facility, which means that in the event that you have to quarantine, you would be able to quarantine in these units.
 
There will be renovation work done from September 19 - 26, 2022 in select units in the building. This work will be from 9:00am to 6:00pm Mon - Sat. Noisy work will only occur between 10:00am and 5:00pm.

I am the Reservations and Marketing Manager at White Sands Beach Condos. I am also responsible for guest services. I try my best to ensure that everyone that stays with us is as happy and comfortable as possible. I grew up in the hospitality industry and believe that I have an easy, friendly way about me that makes people comfortable. I always find that being friendly makes life easier and more fun.
When I travel, I try to see places that I have never yet seen, although I find visiting friends and family is equally as important. I do not necessarily look for the same kind of accommodation every time. Seeing the world from different perspectives is an education in itself.
I love to scuba dive.

Great spot!!


Great spot to stay for a week. Restaurants within walking distance, grocery store close by. Very clean spacious condo that was super accommodating for us and our baby (high chair and pack and play provided). Beach is beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again in the future when returning to the island!

Our second time staying with Cyrus. Great place everything we needed was there. Great location, great communication. Cyrus was very friendly and prompt to respond to us when we had questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great value and an overall nice and safe and secure place to stay on the south coast of Barbados.

The condo is in a great location


The condo is in a great location, close to everything you may need. It is well-equipped, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay, including beach towels, and if anything is missing, Cyrus was always there to assist. It is a quiet, comfortable secure building on a private-feel beach, right next door to busy Dover Beach and in the heart of restaurants and all amenities and the Gap. I cannot wait to go back!
