The space
Serenity Seaview Suite offers guests a contemporary studio apartment with the most essential amenities. The room contains a comfortable Victor Queen Size Bed with a storage compartment along with bed side tables. A coffee table is provided as part of the kitchenette area which includes a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, appliances and other essentials. The bathroom is also quite luxurious with a superb rain showerhead. Of course, an air condition unit is available to make your stay even more comfortable as well as a ceiling fan. The property's surroundings are that of a well-maintained lawn with some blossoming flowers and palms...the total package to help make your experience relaxing and rejuvenating.

Parking is available on site and the area is a lovely, safe place. One would access the property from the main road, which is a short 5 minutes walk.
 
Other things to note
In the area, two restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity including a gas station and small shops. Other restaurants are available in the village of Anse La Raye as well as Marigot Bay which is a 10 minute drive from the property.
 
Two beaches are close by, one being a 10 minute walk from the property or 5 minute drive, while the other is about a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute drive but driving is best!!.

Everything! Obsessed is the only to describe how I felt about the property. I loved the modern design, I loved the color scheme, the space was fully stocked and well equipped. And the view !! The view was magnificent, I’m a sucker for a good sunrise and sunset and the property is situated in the perfect spot. The area is quiet and conveniently located 3 minutes away from the village. It’s like having the best of both worlds. Serenity with the option of fun just moments away. Suzanne herself is as delightful as the property. She’ll want to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. She is readily available when needed and very easy to communicate with. Anse La Raye itself is an amazing community and blessed with equally wonderful people. Suzanne’s property just adds to ambiance. I’m a local and this was this was the perfect mini get away from my everyday life.

a great stay - very clean and good value for money


A lovely, clean stay. the property had everything you needed and was great value for money. the host was exceptionally welcoming. the address on Booking.com takes you slightly further down the road, so best to ask the property for directions. no fruit platter as we’d seen in the photos but there were teabags left out for us.

Clean, modern apartment as a base to explore the area


The apartment is very clean and modern, with great views from the terrace. It’s ideal if you want to explore the area for a few days. The location is great, in a quiet residential area slightly off the main road and close to Anse La Raye with beaches and shops within a short drive. The apartment was well equipped and ideal if you prefer to self cater. The owner Suzanne was very helpful and keeps everything very clean and tidy around the property, she kindly left us a welcome pack of some water and fruit and was on hand to answer any questions.

Great Host!!


Suzanne was a phenomenal host, very generous, kind and welcoming. She made me feel safe. The suite was very clean, spotless. The view is lovely, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The area is close to various attractions, restaurants, gas station and 30 min drive to the city. Highly recommended for stay, will definitely be back, no doubts about it.

Central, clean and quiet to enjoy the sunset!


we spent a week at serenity Seaview suite. the host is very kind and always ready to help. She welcomed us late in the evening with fruits and drinks. The place is very clean and well equipped. It has a perfect view over the sea (especially for the sunset) and the town is central if you want to move on the island. Definitely the perfect place on the island if you look for somewhere quiet to relax at a reasonable price.

This was a last-minute booking and our first stay at Serenity Suite. We absolutely love our experience at Serenity Suite and they did not disappoint. The grounds are unbelievably beautiful and immaculately maintained. Villas are nicely kept and spotless.
