The views are great


The place looks better than the pictures show. The views are great as well and waking up to see the sun rise was great. An issue that we had though was it was a little far from some of the places we wanted to visit or scheduled to go. We did have an issue where we were without water for the night and early that next morning, in which the host stated was his fault. Even though we were refunded a partial amount less than what we were asking the host did try to blame us for issues we did not cause. Even attempting to blame us for a rat that we saw in a room, stating we may have let it in by leaving the door open which was not true. The host also tried to blame us for some other issues that never happened such as us slamming the front door and an A/c unit not working in which we advised that it never worked.

The villa is perfect for a big group - everyone had plenty of room and the common areas were spacious to gather around, including the outdoor patio area. Anything you would need to cook can be found in the kitchen - appliances, spices, etc. Note that there are a couple of bedrooms downstairs in a second unit but there are outdoor stairs that lead up to the main house. Paul was super responsive and thoughtful - he even left us a complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge to welcome us! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!
