Description

Glacier Creek Lodge #Unit B is the Back unit of the property. Walking distance to all local amenities. There are a jacuzzi and sauna on the Creek! The home of Unit #B has 2 bedrooms and a loft. A total of 3 Queen size beds. There is one bathroom.
The laundry room is located between the Hot tub area and unit B, on the breezeway and that is share with the guests in Unit A. Our price is setting based on 4 guests, additional guest is $30/per night.
 
The space
Creek runs underneath the house!! The Creek sound makes you relax, this property is build as a duplex which is 1500 sqf each unit. In-between two units are Jacuzzi area and breezeway, you don't hear a noise at all. If you are a big group or two families having a fun in Girdwood, this is a perfect setting for you to rent both units! (Please check availability for Glacier Creek Lodge #Unit A)
 
Guest access
Laundry room is located between Hot tub area and back unit, unit A guests will use there too. It's common Area
 
Other things to note
Tuesday morning is garbage pick up, please push the garbage can out to the street on Monday night after 23:59pm to Tuesday 8:00 am. Please make sure close the lid properly.
 
Winter Guests : We don't have garbage pick up, please keep trash in the house or there is the transfer station at Ruane Rd, Girdwood, AK 99587. (Fees :Up to 4 bags $4)
