The space
Our staff has lovingly prepared your home away. The Villa is private to you only, except for grounds and pool maintenance which you will be advised about. We trust that you will honor and enjoy it as your own property.
Guest access
The Villa space is all yours. Note number of bedrooms agreed to on registration for smaller amounts of persons.
Other things to note
The October special is a flat rate for 1 to 10 persons for 5 rooms.
Notes -
Noise + Illegal substances
While at the villa, you are not allowed to create disturbances through the use of excessively loud music, loud conversations or through the consumption of illegal substances, which would result in disturbing residents or guests staying nearby.
The use or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police
Garbage is collected on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 5pm. Kindly place your garbage in the large bins near the garage gate, using the bags provided and cover it. Garbage will NOT be collected if they are not bagged properly. Please DO NOT leave any trash on the lawn or to the exterior of the house.
Also, before checking out, all garbage MUST be placed in the bins outside before you leave. This includes empty water bottles and beer bottle cases Please do not leave the beer bottles on the compound.
We ask that you scrape leftover food off the pots and dishes before washing them. We would appreciate if you do not leave dirty plates, cutlery, empty bottles or glassware scattered everywhere (e.g. Porch, bedrooms), especially when checking out.
Guests agree not to remove any items from the villa such as but not limited to furniture, appliances, bed and bath linen, furnishings, kitchen items/utensils etc. Pool towels are to remain in the villa and are not provided for use as beach towels.
Guests shall be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of replacement of any item that has been removed.
We ask that proper care is taken with regards to the villa furniture during your stay. Kindly refrain from placing hot /cold items on the dining tables or dressers etc. without utilising the mats, coasters and trivets provided. You will be charged if there is any damage to the furniture in such an instance. If furniture is moved around, kindly place them back to its original spot before leaving the villa
Guests are prohibited from utilising the stairs located:- - On the inside of the living area, leading to the loft/attic - On the Eastern Side of the pump room Please inform your children that it is not a play area. Management will NOT be responsible for any injuries caused.
Please refrain from flushing foreign objects (e.g., diapers, sanitary napkins, or tampons) down the toilets. This can cause blockages in the sewerage system, resulting in the toilets backing up and overflowing. We do not accept any
responsibility for damage or loss as a result of such blockages, and you will be charged for the cost of clearing the blockage and subsequent cleanup costs.
The BBQ Grill is a charcoal grill. Kindly clean grill after use with the grill brush provided, as it is easier to Clean while hot. Ensure that it is cleaned before checking out of the villa. If grill is left dirty guests can be fined an extra cleaning charge.
In order to conserve energy, we ask that you turn off the air conditioning units whenever you leave the villa. When using the air conditioning in the Great Room, please close the doors to the bedrooms and the laundry room in order to
maximize the effectiveness of the AC. The Great Room’s units were not sized to cool the bedroom spaces, as well as the Great Room.
When checking out, please ensure the following: All wet towels should be left in the laundry room Dirty dishes, pots, pans and cutlery, dinnerware, glassware etc. should be washed and left on the drain board Double check inventory. Report any broken or missing items to Property Manager Any furniture (both indoor and outdoor) that has been moved should be returned to its original place
Leftovers in the fridge should be placed in the containers provided OR disposed of properly in garbage bags provided. Unused or unopened food items (e.g. seasoning, bottled water, condiments etc) can be left in the fridge. All kitchen and bedroom garbage, together with empty bottles, are to be placed in the garbage enclosure as indicated in “Garbage” above
Kindly inform management immediately of any instances where items are not working properly. Guests will be charged for causing further damage to items due to tampering of items.
