The space
Clean and comfortable concept, DeLux is a spacious fully equipped condo unit. Perched on the upper level of our property, enjoy the morning sunrise and fresh island breezes. Well equipped with all the at home comforts; whip up meals in the kitchen, connect to complete tasks at your dedicated workstation. Cable TV let's you watch your favorite shows.
Live, work and enjoy Anguilla and all it's offerings, knowing you can retreat and refresh at an affordable accommodation.
It's so convenient to stock up and move in, then opt to stay in or explore the island at this centrally located property.

Twyla has worked with the local Tourist Board for 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge about the island's offerings. She is your personal concierge! Her extensive travel has given her much insight and experience as a guest herself.
McMillan is your go to guy, and has worked in the hotel industry for over 12 years as a front desk agent. Highly ranked for top notch customer service, he is the most gentle and hospitable being you'll find.
Coupled, we are solutions driven and will ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Notes-
●All guests are responsible for washing their dishes and removing any personal items from the space (this helps us maintain lower cleaning fees). 
●In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we kindly ask that you turn off the lights, fan and the A/C every time you leave the unit or anytime the windows are left open. 
●Rainfall in Anguilla is generally not abundant, so please use water conservatively. 
● At no time shall occupancy exceed the published maximum number of persons at the time of booking. 
● Absolutely no house parties or gatherings.
●No loud noise to cause disturbance to others.
●Furniture, fixtures and other items may not be removed from the space.

Great Stay!


We stayed for several weeks with Twyla and Mackie. We really enjoyed our stay. We particularly appreciated the central location. It made our daily trips to various beaches-Rendezvous, Shoal Bay East, and etc. very convenient. Our hosts were friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

This is ideal for remote workers who need a dedicated working space. It is close to the airport and in a safe,quiet neighborhood. Twyla was responsive and incredibly gracious. I would stay here again and highly recommend booking.
