This four bedroom vacation rental home is unique and special in so many ways. It's located just 65 miles southeast of the Twin Cities and 35 miles northeast of Rochester, MN (home to the Mayo Clinic).

Its cozy and New England Coastal style is sure to please the most discerning guests. The spacious four bedroom or cozy two bedroom (Lock-Out Configuration) - Comfortably accommodates 2 to 11 people. Currently undergoing a complete remodel and is on schedule for completion by May of 2010. The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are all open which creates a wonderful Great Room space for entertaining family & friends. Each room throughout the stay house has a wonderful view of the Lake. There is a 37" HDTV, entertainment center & fireplace. The living room features a large leather sofa, chair with ottoman, game table and unbelievable views of Lake Pepin. The stone patio (with pergola) in front of the stay house provides more than 300 sq. ft of outdoor luxury space and has a beautiful built-in fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs. The perfect place to spend quality time discussing 'whatever' or just taking in the beautiful scenery.

You Have Two Options:
1. Option One - (Sleeps up to 11) - 1620 Sq. Ft.
Four bedroom & two bath. The master bedroom suite is very large (approx. 300 sq. ft.) with a queen size bed, private sitting area with second TV & fireplace. Also, the master bedroom suite has 3 large picture windows and each window offers an absolutely breathtaking view of The Lake and Maiden Rock. The second bedroom is also very large and has two queen size beds. There are two bedrooms on the second level and a 3/4 bath, one small bedroom with a double bed and a large open area with three twin beds (perfect for children) with corresponding 'cubbies.'

The kitchen is complete in every respect and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen counter has a peninsula that is perfect for: gathering around; sitting three for meals or serving guests. The dining room features a large 76" table which seats 8 very comfortably. There is additional seating for three at the counter.

2. Option Two - (Sleeps up to 6) - 1220 Sq. Ft.
Two bedroom & one bath. Option # 2 is the main level only and offers all the luxury living space of Option # 1 without the upper level.

The vacation rental home is the perfect place for "family reunions," "girlfriends get-a-way." "two or three family housing," and many other occasions. Lots of open space, yet privacy for those who choose to go to bed early or sleep-in.
