This stylish, modern villa, designed by Belgian architect Jan de Vos and completed in 2011, is located in the Cas Grandi villa park. A popular neighborhood due to its central location in Banda Ariba, the eastern part of the island. Close to popular beaches and not far from the center of Willemstad. The plot is 900 m2 and is located on a hill, which guarantees complete privacy and a wonderful Caribbean breeze. The Cas Grandi district is about a 15-minute drive from the center of Willemstad and about 30 minutes from the airport. The nearest beach Jan Thiel Beach can be reached within 5 minutes, as well as a large supermarket, a bakery and several restaurants nearby. Cas Grandi is located on a hill, on the edge of the Spanish Water, with a fantastic view of Table Mountain. Due to this high location, the cooling trade wind blows through the neighborhood.
 
On the side of the entrance there is a carport with 2 parking spaces. The attractive 32 m2 veranda has a large table with 6 chairs and a comfortable seating area, where you can enjoy a Caribbean breeze. The house has three bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A separate bathroom with toilet is available for the other 2 rooms. Ceiling fans in all living areas. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is hot water in bathrooms and kitchen. Both 220 and 110 volts The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as a spacious refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The shutters and large sliding door can be opened, putting the kitchen in direct contact with the veranda.
