Casa Rubio A fantastic serene villa on large mountain.
 
The property is located against the green and is located in a quiet street on a large mountain.
 
Casa Rubio is detached and has a fenced garden, with a beautiful swimming pool with a small pool with bench where you can drink your cocktail or lemonade. There are also a few jets in this bath so you will get a little massage.
 
The garden has been quietly laid and there is a large palapa is for the shade. There is a very spacious covered porch with a chill lounge set, and where there is also a large TV for fun movie nights in the garden.
 
Inside Casa Rubio is a spacious living room with high ceiling, and again a TV, and a spacious sofa, and a kitchen.
 
The kitchen is in possession of everything you need to prepare a meal. A large American fridge / freezer can not be missed in a tropical villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms and also 4 bathrooms. All sleeping quarters are air-conditioning.
 
A laundry room with washing machine for the laundry.
 
At the house there is also a Nissan Qashqai for rent.
 
In short, a top villa in a very central place. Casa Rubio is on the map right in the middle of the island so you can go in all directions to visit.
