Description

Jan Thiel Beach is a 5-minute drive from our new air-conditioned studio. The studio has its own entrance and terrace and is suitable for 2 persons. The studio is spacious with a double bed, an open bathroom with sink furniture, rain shower and toilet. The kitchen has a 2-burner hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and Illy coffee machine. There is also a TV with Dutch channels, a built-in wardrobe for clothing and suitcases, a corner bench and bar table with stools.
 
The space
The non-smoking studio overlooks the Spanish Water over an empty lot.
The kitchen features a 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and Illy coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), a corner bench and a television with Dutch channels (live & watch back) and Netflix. The ensuite bathroom (open) has a rain shower, sink and toilet. Towels, beach towels and a hairdryer are provided.
 
Guests are allowed to use the shared, small (bubble)pool (2x3 mtr) and the sun beds. A small putting green (wave) can also be used.
 
The studio is located under our house.

Other things to note
Consumption of water & electricity is included. However, we do assume that guests use this consumption wisely. This means that if you leave the studio or open the doors/shutters, the air conditioning will be switched off.
 
Guests are not allowed to use the listing and facilities by persons who are not formal guests.

The studio was equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The finish is great and the location makes you want so much. Even the cleaning lady was a topper and made sure that everything was sparkling clean and that you have nothing more to wish for. Absolutely recommended!!!
