Just a 5-minute drive from Jan Thiel Beach and close to Spanish Water, our new air-conditioned apartment is located. The apartment is located on the upper floor, has its own entrance and balcony and can accommodate 1 to 2 people. The apartment is compact with a complete kitchen, bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
 
The space
The non-smoking apartment overlooks the Spanish Water, over an empty plot.
The kitchen features a 4 burner ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and Illy coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double box spring (160x200) and a television with Dutch channels (live & watch back) and Netflix. The ensuite bathroom (open) has a shower, sink and toilet.
Guests can use the shared, small (bubble)pool (2x3 m) and the sun loungers.

Other things to note
Consumption of water & electricity is included. However, we do assume that guests use this consumption wisely. This means that if you leave the apartment or open the doors/shutters, the air conditioning will be switched off.
 
It's not allowed to use the listing and facilities by people who aren't formal guests.

We really enjoyed our pleasant stay! Everything was well taken care of and cleaning was also done during the stay. It was also no problem to leave the suitcases on the day of departure due to the late flight. In short: highly recommended!

The accommodations were as described. Peaceful and tranquil. It was amazing to come to a place where we did not have to worry about any amenities. Everything was stocked very well. Housekeeper and host both are amazing at explaining things. I will surely stay again.

Amazing Views!!


This is a beautiful studio located in a quiet residential area. Less than 2.5km away you will find Jan Thiel Beach with four beach clubs (Papagayo, Zest, Zanzibar & Koko quieter). There are good restaurants for lunch on the beach.
