Beautiful, very luxury, newly built villa “The Admiral” with a view of the Spanish Water and the Table Mountain. This modern, atmospheric vacation villa is located in the Brakkeput Abou neighborhood (5 minutes from Jan Thiel) with a large pool and spacious garden in a quiet area. Very suitable for families/groups of 8-10 people. It’s a 5-minute ride to the beach (trendy Jan Thiel), cozy restaurants and the supermarket (Albert Heijn/ vd Tweel).
 
The space
The villa has two floors. There are three luxury bedrooms on the top floor. All bedrooms have comfortable box springs (160*200cm) and are equipped with air conditioning, a luxury rain shower, sink and toilet. In addition, all bedrooms have access to a sun terrace with lounge area through a sliding door.
The master bedroom even has a large private terrace with a bath tub and a beautiful view of the Table Mountain and the Spanish water. There is also an Illy coffee machine in the master bedroom.
The fourth luxury bedroom is located on the ground floor (also equipped with a rain shower, sink, toilet, airconditioning and box spring) and is directly adjacent to the spacious pool deck.
There is also a game room/kids room with a television and Xbox. In this room, there is a bunk bed (2x 90*200cm) and several board games and toys. The villa is also provided with a baby chair and a baby bed.
There is a separate coffee corner with a luxury Illy coffee machine located on the ground floor. In addition, there is a guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine.
The large luxury open kitchen and living room are adjacent to the spacious porch with dinner table. The spacious pool deck with pool (5*8m), sun beds and a large lounge sofa is located next to the porch.
From the pool deck, via a small staircase, you can walk to the private beach with palm trees, playing platform, rockery, beach cabana with three adjustable beds and a large palapa with a large dining table. A Big Green Egg is also available for the BBQ enthusiast.
In the spacious front garden, there is a section where enthusiastic golfers can practice putting on the green. Thee putting green is shared with guests of the two adjacent apartments.
 
The entire villa is characterized by the comfortable and luxurious interior and the high quality of finish. Ideal for a perfect family vacation in Curaçao! The villa and garden are fenced and access to the property is only possible with a key. The garage for the cars is closed by an electric gate.
 
From 8 people bookable immediately, 9 and 10 on request.
For larger groups of up to 12/14 people there is an option to rent 2 additional apartments on the same property.
 
It is also possible to rent a white Jeep Wrangler (5p, year 2020)) at the villa during the stay for €70/day.
 
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire villa.
 
Other things to note
The villa is only accessible with a stately staircase, making the villa less suitable for people with mobility problems.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place!!!


We loved our stay at this beautiful place!!! The overall decor is minimalist but had fun little touches throughout. The layout was spacious and open with sliding doors & window slats that allow the breeze to constantly move through the rooms. We spent almost all our time out on the deck by the pool, in the kitchen, or at the outdoor dining nook. We all enjoyed our individual rooms, which had comfy beds, A/C and our own en suite & showers. The place is so private and peaceful, it felt like our own little hideaway. The pool is a good size, clean & refreshing - and deep, at 56, I could not touch bottom at either end. Everything was spotless and we had all we needed plus some extra special touches like iPad & Sonos to play music and bathrobes. And we rented the jeep, which made getting around the island when we needed to so easy. Loved this place so much it was hard to leave. And Josien & Roy - and their team - were all so helpful, kind, and responsive.

Beautiful island


Beautiful place spacious enough for two families of four. We never felt cramped. The house was very clean and functional. The outdoor space, where we spent all our time , is well appointed and the view is very pleasant. And what about the pool that was a must throughout our stay. The host's representative was very welcoming and responsive to our few requests. Check-in and check-out very easy. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a villa to discover this beautiful island.

Highly recommend!


The home is stunning, exactly as described. It fit our family of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids between 2-13) nicely. The location is great with a short drive to grocery stores and beaches. The pool was so lovely to cool off in at the end of a day at the beach. There are multiple beautiful outside spaces to relax and hang out in. The hosts were super responsive to our questions and had great recommendations for us. The housekeeper was also lovely and jovial! Our experience was awesome. We would highly recommend the house for large families.

This is a beautiful Villa that felt like a paradise whether you choose to stay at the Villa or venture a short drive to many restaurants or beautiful beaches. The Villa is designed perfectly for the, sunshine, shade, grilling, cooling off in the oasis like pool, and watching the night sky with a soft tropical breeze. The Villa also is designed brilliantly for family and group settings but also facilitating spots to unwind and read a book with a glass of wine. I wish I could give more stars for Roy & Josien, they are truly superhost!
