PAYMENT SUMMARY

THE PARTIES AGREE:
1. That no more than 6 persons will occupy said leased premises at any time.
2. NO animals of any kind will be kept in or on premises
3. There will be NO SMOKING within any part of the building on premises
4.The TENANT/S shall leave the premises in the same general good and habitable condition as he/she found it.
5. The TENANT/S shall be responsible for all damage or breakage or loss to the premises except normal wear and tear
6. It is the responsibility of TENANT/S to report any existing damage upon their arrival to avoid any future charge.
7.The TENANT/S agree that the deposit and the rental money paid is non refundable in the case of cancellation for any reason.
8. To prevent fire, the tenants shall use the barbecue grill on the large decks away from the housewhwere it has been placed on the deck with protective shield on the railing. The grill or the sheild shall not be moved.
9.The TENANT/S shall not lease or sublet, nor permit any other person/s to occupy the leased premises.
10. The leased property shall not be used for functions such as family reunions, weddings or any other gatherings of sort.
11.The TENANT/S shall return all keys to the landlord prior to departure. A twelve dollar fee will be charged to the TENANT/S for each key not returned to the landlord.
12.The TENANT/S agree that the LANDLORD may use chair covers to protect the furniture, and said covers are NOT to be removed by the TENANT/S without the permission of the LANDLORD.
13.The TENANT/S agree to allow the LANDLORD or the landlord's designated person/s to enter the premises both inside and out with proper notification to view the premises for repair, to inspect, to make repairs, or for landscaping purposes.
14.The TENANT/S agree to hold The LANDLORD harmless on account of any unforeseen&natural disaster affecting the leased premises.
15.The TENANT/S agree not to move or alter any water hoses/water timer used for the irrigation of the garden, grass or flower beds.
16.The TENANT/S agree not to cut, move or remove any flowers, trees or shrubs for any reason.
17. The TENANT/S agree to pay $75.00 per hour to the LANDLORD if the TENANT/S fail to vacate the leased premises for any reason at their checkout time.
18-The TENANT/S understand that any alcoholic beverages left in the house prior to arrival is the property of the LANDLORD and not for use by TENANT/S especially any party under the age of 21.
19. The TENANTS shall take a shower outside to clean off the sand on their body upon returning from the beach, and will shake the towels etc. before using the washing machine.
20. The TENANT/s agree that no individual in their party will sit on the furniture with wet cloths.
21. Upon departure tenant shall leave the BBQ gas tank full as they find it.
