Our Studio Sensation is fully furnished and equipped includes an in suite washer/dryers and a workstation.
 
This 350 square foot space is large enough for a couple or if you’re on a business trip. Essential entities such as supermarkets, gyms, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, street food, and the world renowned Grand Anse Beach are within walking distance.
 
Public transportation is steps away from the Studio. We are en route to SGU and the bus stop is in bound to the premises.
 
The space
The space is for the leasing guests only.
 
Guest access
The parking lot is the only facility that is shared.
 
Other things to note
Taxi or rentals can be arranged upon request. Also site seeing, hiking, diving, tours can be arranged by request.
 
I am willing to guide you on food and grocery delivery when you don’t feel like leaving the apartment. At you request we can stock the studio before arrival. Make your request when you inquire.

My husband and I own and operate this facility. We are family-oriented and love interacting with guests during working hours. We love boasting about the beautiful island of Grenada and its rich history. Learning about the guest country is very intriguing.
Though guests would have traveled thousands of miles to get here it is not strange to learn that their country has some things in common with Grenada. Its a small world after all.

I enjoyed my mini SOLO birthday trip! I felt safe staying here and coming in after late hours. The studio was perfect. The housekeepers were so pleasant. Everything was just speechless. I can’t wait to come back, I’ve already recommended a few friends to stay here when they are in town. It felt like home away from home.
