The F.A Builsing Apartments (the back building) is a very spacious ground floor apartment that contains two en-suite bedrooms. It is nestled in the commercial area of Grand Anse.
 
This apartment is fully equipped and furnished with private keypad entrance and balcony. It is perfect for 2 to 4 guests. In-unit washer/dryer, a mounted wall lamp, a workstation, A/C, Google TV, high-speed WiFi, and free parking are also included.
 
The space
The entire apartment is solely used by the leasing guests.
 
Guest access
The apartment is self contained therefore there is no interaction with other guests.
 
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking within the walls of the building and strictly no pets allowed. The price listed is for 2 guests, please indictate the number of guests in your inquiry for proper quotation.

CONTACT OWNER

My husband and I own and operate this facility. We are family-oriented and love interacting with guests during working hours. We love boasting about the beautiful island of Grenada and its rich history. Learning about the guest country is very intriguing.
Though guests would have traveled thousands of miles to get here it is not strange to learn that their country has some things in common with Grenada. Its a small world after all.

Julia's apartment was perfectly


Julia's apartment was perfectly situated: close to the Spiceland Mall, Grand Anse beach, Excel Plaza and Route 1 buses. The place was spotlessly clean and really well thought-out, with both bedrooms having their own showers and toilets, and desk / office spot. The apartment had great AC (in the living area and both bedrooms), a huge fridge, stove/oven, washer/dryer and more. It was a superb place to stay, and great value! Thanks for having us, Julia!
