Our F.A Buiding Apartment (the back building) is a very spacious first floor apartment that contains two en-suite bedrooms. It is nestled in the commercial area of Grand Anse. This apartment is fully equipped and furnished with private keypad entrance and balcony. It is perfect for 2 to 4 guests. In unit washer/dryer, a mounted wall lamp, a work station, A/C, Google TV, high speed WiFi and free parking are also included. Building is at the top of a steep driveway.
 
The space
The cool, pure, clean east breeze is to die for while sitting in the private balcony sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The property is not suitable for children under 2 years.
 
Guest access
Guests has the entire apartment to themselves. Nothing is shared

CONTACT OWNER

My husband and I own and operate this facility. We are family-oriented and love interacting with guests during working hours. We love boasting about the beautiful island of Grenada and its rich history. Learning about the guest country is very intriguing.
Though guests would have traveled thousands of miles to get here it is not strange to learn that their country has some things in common with Grenada. Its a small world after all.

Julia was a great host! She was always quick to respond to any request and helped us find things locally. The separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms made for a comfortable place to spend the week! Thanks Julia.

This is a great location


I had a great time! The beach was a 10 minute walk away. So was the mall and restaurants. This is a great location if you want to be close to everything!

Great place!!


Great place and close to everything. I liked that everything was walking distance and easy to catch a bus to go into Town. The hill is very steep to get to the apts in the back for those who may have mobility issues.
