The space
You have the whole top floor with 2 balconies. There are a high quality Queen bed and an extra sofa bed twin size in the living room.

For the stay of 2 guests, if you require to use an extra bed (the sofa bed setup), please inform me in advance. There is the extra fee of $25 per stay for using the extra bed as I need to pay extra to the cleaner to spend more times as more loads to wash.
 
Extra bed (sofa bed) will be set with mattress protector, pillow, fitted sheet, flatted sheet, pillow case and blanket.

I am close by or even when I am away, I have a designated person that will always close by and can come to you in very short time if you need any help. You can contact me via email or phone anytime. I usually welcome guests and provide the key in person. However, if I am away, the key will be prepared for you in the lock-box so you can check-in anytime after 4 p.m. as you wish for your convenient and worry free!.

The place was great!


The place was great! very cute, nicely decorated, full kitchen, tv, A/C, beautiful bathroom, spacious bedroom, nice little living area, outside space, very cute and perfect for a few people. the stairs can be quite a trek with big luggage, they are very long and narrow, but other than that the unit is great. check in and check out is super easy, the neighborhood seemed very quiet and calm for the days we were there! neighbors that we met were sweet. Athit is very responsive and kind, i would recommend this place to my friends and i would come back again!

Great location for a cool experience & ubered everywhere from downtown to harbour to Budweiser stage. Ordering skip the dishes was easy too.

Athit's place was amazing!


Athit's place was amazing! We felt right at home. Everything was clean, easy to use and definitely would stay again. Queen St. W was only a 10 min walk and that was amazing to get to the local restaurants and bars nearby. Downtown Toronto was a quick uber ride away. Thank you again for being a fabulous host for our first time in Toronto!
