This 3rd-floor unit has a beautifully bright, brand-new kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. There is also a blow-up bed for extra guests, so the unit can sleep 6 guests comfortably.

This condo is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach-front top floor unit with a breathtaking view of the world’s 2nd largest Barrier Reef and overlooking the infinity pool and white sand beaches.
 
This beachfront paradise offers plenty of places to sit and view the most exquisite sunrise featuring a brand new covered veranda and all new furniture. Located right on the Sea, there is a dock with a palapa which has ample seating, perfect for a relaxing massage, floating, or fishing. This dock is convenient for those going out on excursions; the tour operators can pick you up right on your dock!
 
This beautifully appointed condo is part of a ten (10) unit complex 2.5 miles South of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security for this very safe part of the island.
 
This complex is ideal for weddings, family reunions or group trips. Tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning (if requested) is available. Travel arrangements to and from the island and travel insurance are available.
 
There are 3 restaurants and a local grocery store close by. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive by golf cart, and the town center is just 20 minutes away. Food delivery is also available.
 
This third floor 2-bedroom, 2 bath (one en-suite, one hallway bath, both with walk-in showers) open living and dining room concept features a beautiful bright and airy well stocked kitchen with wonderful views of the pool, beach and Caribbean Sea.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. There is an extra blow-up bed for more sleeping space so the unit can hold a total of 6 guests comfortably, especially with the large open living/common area.

You'll have full access of the infinity pool and pool patio, the gorgeous white sand beach, the over-the-water Palapa and dock area, and there's free golf cart parking on site.
