Sleeps: 6Our two bedroom vacation rental condo is located on the South Beach of the Atlantic Ocean in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, in the Point East Condominium complex. It has two bedroom, two full bath, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, Lay-Z-Boy recliner, color TV, DVD, and a dining area.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, LCD TV, chest and wicker chair with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom has twin beds, chest lcand bamboo chair also with an ocean view. Our condo measures 950 square feet (plus baony), and is located on the second floor of an 84-unit, three-story complex. It is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped to make your stay a most memorable and enjoyable one.
We supply all bed and bath linens/towels, and beach chairs. And a free high-speed wireless network is available for guest use, so if you need Internet access during your stay, bring the laptop! Many additional pictures of our condo and surrounding features can be seen at More pictures of our Condo.
Our complex includes a full-size heated pool, kiddie pool, covered pavilion, and shuffleboard. Elevators and laundry rooms are provided on each floor. It is professionally managed and staffed full-time. Rental is available on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis. Several shops, including a convenience store and a supermarket, are within walking distance.
New Smyrna Beach is located in east Central Florida, midway between Daytona Beach to the north and Cape Canaveral to the south. We are only a 1 hour drive from all the Orlando attractions.
Full payment is due apon arrival. We accept money orders, bank checks, travelers checks and cash. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks for the rental fee.
All rental rates are subject to 12.5% Florida sales and resort taxes.
A one-time cleaning fee of $80 will be charged at departure.
A security deposit in the amount of $200 is paid upon reservation of the unit. The deposit may be made with a personal check. The deposit will be refunded in full (minus any additional cleanup or damage) 30 days after your departure date. This deposit is placed in a non-interest-bearing account.
A refund of your deposit less $50 Administration Fee is made when a written cancellation notice is received at least 60 days prior to the rental. start date.
When a cancellation notice is received less than 60 days prior to the rental start date, there is no refund of your deposit. Exception: If we are able to re-rent for the same rental date and amount, your deposit less $50 will be returned.
All weekly rentals are from Saturday 2 PM check-in to Saturday 10 AM check-out.
All monthly rentals are from the first day of the month 2 PM check-in to last day of the month 10 AM check-out.
