Askrigg Farm Cottages, Faith Hill and Kirk Close, are located in Askrigg, in the Herriot Country of Yorkshire.This passing fame has not changed  Askrigg in any way and it remains the typical gritty, working Dales village it always has been. There are a couple of shops, a tea room  and you can get good bar snacks and meals at its three pubs and hotels. Both Faith Hill and Kirk Close Cottages are within easy reach of Askrigg, a character village set amidst the beautiful countryside of Upper Wensleydale. The views take in dry stone walled green meadows in which cows and sheep quietly graze, scattered clumps of trees, footpaths in every direction and the twisting course of the River Ure as it flows down the Dale, the backcloth of the dramatic upper fells.
