The reasonable budget  studio apartments are affordable lodgings and they are attached to the main 3 bedroom Barbados beach guesthouse Cleverdale. The tropical designed apartments have their own side entrance trough the front veranda of the main guest-house. The studio apartments are different sized and furnished. Instead of bed and breakfast you have a kitchenette, bath and small patio and a tropical side garden for your convenience.

It is approx. 15 meters/yards to the sea and you have sea / beach view of the lovely Sandy Beach from the patio. There are also other beautiful white sanded beaches in walking distance.

The centre of St Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is about 5 minutes walk.  In St Lawrence Gap you will find hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, discos, banks, deli, super-markets and different shops. The shops and supermarkets are just a stroll away from the accommodation.

Golf, Squash, Tennis, Fitness centre and most water sports like diving, sailing and Jet Ski’s are easily accessible.

The bus stop is about 50 yards/meter away.  There are busses, mini-busses and route-taxis going to the capital Bridgetown (approx. every15 min) and to other parts of the island until midnight.  The bus fare is $2.00 BDS.

There are several different budget acommodations available on this tropical property like guesthouse rooms, apartments or complete guest-house either as a 3 bedroom or 5 bedroom cottage.

The house is set out with 3 bedrooms in the main house with two separate studio apartments (which have their own kitchens and bathrooms) adjoining the main house.  Therefore the house can either be let as a 3 bedroom house or a 5 bedroom house (which would include the two studio apartments) as the bedrooms in the studios can be opened from the main house.  The main house also has a large living/dining room, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a spacious beach view veranda. Each bedroom has a safe box free of charge.

The main guesthouse has a complete kitchen which includes: Gas stove-oven, toaster, microwave, large fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, iron and iron board.

Self contained studio apartments are living-bedroom in one. They have their own outside or on request inside entrance as well as kitchenette and en-suite bath rooms, Own SAT - TV box and Stereo system.

Each apartment has ceiling and standing fans and a safe box free of charge .

The apartment kitchenettes are furnished similarly than the main guesthouse but have only a small fridge-freezer, additional a toaster oven but no microwave.

There is wrought iron throughout the guesthouse and the studio apartments well as mosquito nets.

Sheets, towels (not beach towels) and room service are provided at least twice per week or on request.

Only a stroll of 15 meter / yards way from the white Sandy Beach lying on a turquoise lagoon protected by a small coral reef. Sea / beach view sea picture. There are other beaches in 5 minute walking distance as well
