Known for its charming and serene atmosphere, each of the four rooms has a queen size bed with luxurious linens, and A/C. A full gourmet breakfast complete with baked breads, eggs, fruits, juices, coffee and teas, is prepared each morning by owner, Nancy Greenwald. Our peaceful and restful atmosphere is the perfect setting for formal or informal gatherings including reunions (family or otherwise), book club readings, and business meetings. Families with young children and small dogs are welcome. The Arbor Bed and Breakfast is open all year round so you can enjoy Hudson Valley’s Spring and Summer wild flowers in bloom, our colorful Autumn foliage, and our Winter wonderland. We look forward to welcoming you soon at the Arbor. Each of our four rooms has a queen size bed complete with beautiful linens, hard wood floors, dressers and hanging space, and windows overlooking our gardens. Two full bathrooms are available, one of them adjacent to the green room for a private bedroom/bath option. Each room is air-conditioned. Wi-fi is available.
All rooms include full breakfast.
On weekends a two-night minimum stay is required (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun). Single nights will be considered, if rooms are available.
We welcome children of all ages who will fit into our peaceful and relaxing environment. Children under the age of 12 will be accomodated in their parent\'s room for an additional charge of $25 per child.
We welcome pets depending on their size, at an extra $25 per pet. Additionally, pets are not permitted to stay in the bed and breakfast unattended by owners.
A 50% deposit of full stay is required to hold a reservation and is non-refundable less than 14 days before reservation date. You may receive a full refund minus $25 administration fee up to 14 days before reservation date. Payment in full is required if canceling less than 48 hours before reservation date.
We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), check, and cash.
Rooms are $135 (plus State and local tax) per night, double occupancy, for shared bath. A room with a private bath is $160 per night, double occupancy.
