A deposit of $200 per bedroom will reserve your cabin. We will hold your reservation for seven days pending the arrival of your deposit check. The balance is due at check-in. Deposits for group rentals of 3 or more cabins are $250 per bedroom. Although we will accept Visa or MasterCard we would prefer a check or cash which allows us to reduce our service charges and keep our cabin rates down. All quoted prices are discounted for cash/check. Credit card use incurs a 3% service charge.
Cancellations: Deposits, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be refunded when your reservation time has been filled. If cancellation is received within 60 days of your planned arrival and the cabin is not re-rented you are responsible for the rental and all additional charges for the full length of your confirmed reservation. For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests we do not allow pets, jet skis or fireworks. We also ask that you observe quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
