Annually it is on the spring and fall tours of homes and gardens sponsored by the Historic Charleston Foundation and the Preservation Society of Charleston, respectively. It is further distinguished by being one of ten Charleston homes all located in the National Register Historic district offering bed and breakfast accommodations.
