Tropical Evergreens does have regular electric power, being one of the first homes on the bay to be hooked-up by the local utility company in January 2001.
Just down the road about 1/4 mi. is Oscar Y Lalo's restaurant for great seafood or a cocktail on the beach.
Christmas Week and New Years Week are $4,800.00 plus tax for both the Casa Grande and Casita with a max occupancy of 10 people. Rates are in USD. 12% tax is not included.
