Elmhill is a family run, smoke-free, self-catering apartment on the north side of Aberdeen, with private parking, on city centre bus routes, within 2 miles of the railway/coach/ferry terminals and 6 miles from Dyce (Aberdeen) airport, and walking distance of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and University.

The appartment comprises an en-suite double bedroom, a twin bedroom, large family bathroom, TV lounge and kitchen with full self catering facilities (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/drier, kettle, dishes, etc.), 40" HDTV.  WiFi broadband Internet access

Sainsbury Supermarket is nearby. Convenient for Whisky/Castle/Coastal Trails, Royal Deeside and Scottish Highlands.

Rental includes heat & light, local taxes, factor's fees, welcome food pack and weekly change of bedlinen & towels.

Terms & Conditions

Any extra nights are charged at £100 per night.

There is a reduction of £50 a week for consecutive weekly stays.

The price includes all heating & lighting and local taxes and the factors fee to look after the estate.

We also require a £125 returnable deposit to book the apartment. This deposit is returned to you after the end of your stay, subject to breakages and adherence to the conditions of rental.

We do not have credit card facilities. All payments are in cash or Sterling cheque or we accept electronic bank transfer (at your expense). Details of our bank account can be sent to you.

Maximum of a family of 4 persons or 3 singles staying (plus baby or toddler).

NO SMOKERS or smoking allowed in apartment or stair wells.

Sorry, no pets.

No subletting.

The apartment must be kept and left in a clean & tidy state.

The return of your deposit is subject to adherence of the above conditions.
