The vacation rental property has full central heating. All linen and bath towels are provided free of charge.

Lounge with dining area: this large, airy and luminous room has sliding patio doors to the front.

- The lounge area is well furnished (includes a sofa bed) and for indoor family entertainment there is a television with English channels, a DVD player with DVDs, a selection of board games and reading material.

- The dining area can accomodate up to 8 people.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and microwave oven.

The washing machine, large fridge/freezer, steam iron., ironing board and folding airer/drier are in the adjoining utility room.

This leads to a further shower room with washbasin and toilet.

This spacious bedroom with oak beamed ceiling has period furniture (double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe) and a small lounge area to retreat to.

Bedroom 3:  Three single beds, bedside tables wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Family bathroom: Bath, shower, vanity unity, heated towel rail, and toilet.

Outdoors: To the rear of the property there is a door leading to the private, shaded, orchard garden (fully enclosed) with garden furniture, BBQ, boules. The swings, badminton set and other outdoor games are to be found in the vicinity of the 10m x 5m heated pool. (Parents can keep an eye on their children from the poolside).
