The superb accommodation, officially graded Four Star Guest House by Visit Wales, is in an ideal central location convenient for holidaymakers, theatre goers and business people alike. With a rich array of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions throughout the year, Llandudno is undoubtedly one of the finest seaside resorts in the UK.
Llandudno is at the heart of the North Wales’ most interesting and dramatic focal points, the Great Orme, the Island of Anglesey, Llechwedd Slate caverns, Ffestiniog Railway, and castles at Beaumaris, Conwy, Caernarfon and Denbigh.
All rooms have modern contemporary decor and include televisions with Freeview & DVD, hairdryers and complimentary hospitality trays using Fairtrade products where possible. Free wireless broadband connection is available throughout the house.

All rooms have TV/DVD/Freeview, large fluffy towels, hairdryer, toiletries, mineral water, complimentary beverage tray and radio/clock alarm with iPOD dock.

All prices are per room / per night based on 2 people sharing and include a full cooked breakfast.
Availability: All Bank Holidays are a minimum 3 night stay.
We have a minimum 2 night stay at weekends and also from 01 June through to 30 September, although single nights may be available at short notice. Please call to enquire.
Booking Procedure: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £30 per room payable by credit/debit.
Payment: We accept most major debit/credit cards (except American Express) and cash in settlement of your final bill. Please note there is a 3% charge for all credit card and all international card transactions.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the accommodation in full unless we are able to subsequently re-let the room. Please note that all ‘no-shows’ will be charged in full.
Insurance: May we remind you that a booking constitutes a contract and you may wish to arrange Holiday Insurance to cover you for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
Check-In Details: Check-In is from 12:00pm on the day of arrival and Check-Out is 10.30am on the morning of departure. Early check-in can be arranged with advance notice, please call to arrange.
No Smoking Policy: We adopt a no smoking policy throughout the guest house, should you choose to ignore this important health & safety policy, you will be asked to leave and a further night\'s accommodation will be charged to your credit/debit card for cleaning costs.
Breakages: Any breakages or damage to the room/guest house will be charged to your credit/debit card.
