The modern 1100 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room and can sleep up to four comfortably with a queen and two twin-size beds. The open kitchen & dining area and nine foot ceilings create a feeling of space and openness throughout. The unit features brand new carpeting and natural light maple hardwood floors, along with new paint color scheme & upholstery. In addition to a stereo system and DVD player, the living room and bedrooms each provide remote-controlled color cable television for independent viewing.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain three pools with three spas, and tennis and basketball courts, along with public barbecue areas and pool restrooms with showers.
The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius. It is conveniently located one half mile from a large supermarket and within 5 miles of three major Phoenix indoor/outdoor shopping malls (in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less), yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Payment: Major credit card, electronic check/bank draft, travelers checks & money order/cashier\'s check are accepted for payment. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. All electronic payments will incur a small but refundable processing fee.
Deposit: A booking/security deposit of 25% ($250 minimum) is required at the time of booking and is fully refundable upon check-out. Rental payment in full is due two weeks prior to occupancy.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the above 25% deposit is refundable yet subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:
Up to 6 months prior to check-in date: no charge (entire deposit refunded) 6 to 3 months prior: 25% charge 3 to 1 months prior: 50% charge less than one month: 100% (entire deposit forfeited)
Fees & Taxes
Cleaning Fee: $75 for one week or $100 up to one month; $150 for longer (all taxes included).

This is a very well maintained property, very clean and nicely decorated and well equipped with just about everything you\'d find in your own home. We really liked the spacious master suite. A lot less expensive and just a whole lot better situation than a motel room. It was very easy to work with Steve and he seemed genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay. We were very happy with everything and hope that Steve\'s unit will be available the next time we travel to Phoenix.
We had a 1 month stay. The condo was roomy, in a convenient location, and made the stay much more pleasant, and much less costly than a hotel. Plus my daughters fell in love with the pool at the Tapatio resort. Will definitely look to stay here again.
We stayed for about 3 weeks and enjoyed the condo very much. It is comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The complex is in a very convenient location with easy access to other Phoenix areas. This was the perfect cost effective alternative to a hotel, especially when travelling with children. My son was able to take his naps and go down early for the evening without inconveniencing the rest of my family. The property was very nice and clean, as well as convenient to the necessities like restaurants and supermarkets. This unit is close to the pool as well as parking. Steve was easy to work with.
