The apartment is East facing so from the terrace you will get sunshine most of the day, the benefit of East facing is that you will see the spectacular sunrises each morning and the apartment will be cooler later in the day. The apartment is air conditioned in the dining and living area with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. For the pragmatic golfers among you the apartment is heated throughout in the winter months.

Prices are per apartment per week, not per person, there is no supplement for half term so 4 people for one week would cost around £70 each in low season with flights starting at only 1p this really is a bargain holiday.
These apartments will not be completed until Mid 2010 so confirmed bookings cannot be taken yet. However by placing a deposit of £75 a reservation can be made to hold certain weeks for your party when the apartment does become available.
If the week or weeks you decide on are not available because the apartment is not ready for occupation or you change your mind then a full refund will be given. Certain weeks are going fast, reserve the ones you require as soon as possible.
The apartment has 2 twin bedrooms all beds can be converted into doubles if you wish, a bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. The terrace overlooks the lake, 9th tee and 1st fairway, air conditioning is provided and a safe is included at no extra cost. Other equipment for your comfort include satellite television, DVD player and radio and CD player, internet connection is also available. All linen and hand/bath towels are provided, although you will need to bring your own beach towelling.
