Monthly Rate: $2800 Refundable Security Deposit $300.

Check in 4PM. Check out by 10:00 AM! Reservations confirmed upon receipt of for prepaid rental. Cancellations accepted only 45 days prior to arrival.

$50 administrative cancellation fee! Lost, stolen keys = $75 for replacement.
