It is my pleasure to welcome you to the "City of Roses", or "Pearl of the West" as it is often called.
This is a large house with room for up to 8 people. It is located in Chapalita, one of the very well know areas of this large city. This should not be confused with CHAPALA, which is a retirement comunity an hour away from this area of GDL. It is close enough to all you would want to see in many directions, yet just far enough away from the noise of downtown and other areas. There is a lot to see here in this city, but it is always nice to come home to all of the comforts and amenities you have at home, and a quiet night for the next days adventure.

I am a semi retired man that enjoys the warmth of this beautiful country. I moved here 8 years ago and opened this business-because at 50 (at the time), I was to young to retire-as my friends and family told me!So, in my 7th year of business, I am a successful business owner again. I rent out the whole house or use it as a Bed and Breakfast on a daily basis. I can accommodate just about any group up to 8-10 people if all is worked out in advance.
