The open kitchen is great for entertaining and features stainless steel appliances, a pop-up downdraft range hood and granite bar/counter tops with 4 barstools. The dining room set can seat 6 people and the bar area can seat 4 people.

The great room has a wood fireplace, a reclining leather sectional and a 67-inch full high definition home theater LED DLP TV with a 5.1 Dolby HD surround system that includes Definitive Technology Procinema speakers and an easy-to-use color touch screen-based unified remote for one-touch control of common activities.


The Playstation 3 is PS3 game-ready, wireless high-speed Internet (B,G,N) connected, includes a web browser and it also plays CD music, regular DVD movies or Blu-ray HD DVDs.

Whether you are skiing at the nearby Wolf Creek ski area, fishing the fabulous trout on the Rio Grande river, enjoying a workout or some other activity at the beautiful and extensive Rio Grande Club, hunting or on some other trek in the adjoining Rio Grande National Forest, or out to explore the splendor of the other nearby natural Colorado wonders, this home can be a relaxing place to come back to and rejuvenate.

RIO GRANDE CLUB GUEST MEMBERSHIP is included for simple usage fees, such as $10-15/day facility-use guest fee or a discount per round of 9 or 18 holes of golf (if played & some restrictions apply). See the Rio Grande Club website for golf, fly fishing - with separate clubhouse, and extensive club facilities, including sauna, jacuzzi, spa & fitness services and fine dining.

The home also has two garage door openers with remotes, a 2 car garage, and alarm/security system.  The high definition (1080p) 67" LED DLP rear projection TV has a 10,000 to 1 contrast ratio and 40% more of the visual light spectrum than other TVs. The property borders the Rio Grande National Forest and is about 4 blocks from the Rio Grande River, where fishing access to the river is available at various locations shown on the "Fishing the Rio Grande" map that is available from the owner and at the visitor’s center in South Fork.

One CD music play mode of the Sony Play Station 3 has video and graphics in high definition of various perspectives from outer space of flying around and orbiting our planet - very cool Earth continent/feature views. With weather permitting, the 8200 foot altitude and very low surrounding community light offers incredibly clear star views at night.

The Cable/Satellite TV is Dish Network’s 100+ channel subscription (known as Bronze HD or their “120 HD” package) plus major local (Denver) channels connected to Dish's nice DVR providing up to 30 hours of HD storage or 200 hours of SD content.

The kitchen is very well equipped with an extensive list of kitchen appliances, kitchen tools, bake ware, cookware and serving wares.  The outdoor grill has a nice searing feature, a separate additional burner and a complete kit of grilling accessories.  The patio and deck has 6 patio chairs, a coffee table and another table that seats four for outdoor gatherings, card games or just watching the wildlife that frequents the acreage from the adjoining Rio Grande National Forest.
