Description
Easedale House is a top quality guest house ideally situated in central Keswick, with Derwentwater and the Fells a short stroll away. This is one of the few guest houses in Keswick that was originally a hotel, purpose built around 1866. Here you'll find traditional Lakeland style, with a little more space. We're set in a quiet, one-way street, only a five minute walk from the very centre of town, with its shops, restaurants, and famously 'real' pubs. The house offers nine comfortable bedrooms including family, twins and doubles as well as romantic four-poster beds. All bedrooms are en-suite, have flat-screen TV/ DVD, hairdryer, refreshment tray and free WiFi access. You can also make use of our dedicated Guest Lounge and there are special rates for children (babies in cots go free). At Easedale House you don't have to be confined to your room, we have a good-sized lounge especially for guests, tucked away behind the dining room on the ground floor. This is a great place to spread out a bit - and can be a real boon on bad weather days, especially with children. For friends' get-togethers or families this cosy room full of sofas, chairs, books, games, and of course, refreshments, is exclusively for you - our guests.
