The vacation house at Glen Ellen Farms is a place of warmth, convenience, and comfort. Perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends, the cottage provides all the comforts of home, surrounded by a peaceful landscape that includes pastures, horses, and plenty of space to explore in quiet solitude.

It is here that you will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation, immersed in the beauty and bounty of the Sonoma Valley wine country.
   
Kitchen:
The kitchen features a gas stove & oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & grinder, toaster, tiled countertops, and lots of cabinet space. Several windows provide natural light and views of the pastures and surrounding vineyards. Dishes, utensils, and wine glasses are provided.
   
Sitting Room:
By day, the sitting room is awash with natural light offered through skylights and several large windows. This expansive room adjoins the kitchen, provides access to the deck, and has a cathedral ceiling, marble fireplace, leather sofa, two comfortable chairs, television, DVD player, VCR, and stereo. This room provides the perfect setting for spending a cozy night by the fire enjoying some of the fine wines, foods, and produce that the Sonoma valley is known for.

Dining Room:
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room; complete with a table that seats 6-8 (all linens provided). The dining room provides the ideal setting to enjoy fresh food brought in from local markets or to dine on a home cooked meal.
   
Living Room:
The large living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and two chairs and features views of old-growth trees and wildlife.
   
Deck:
Patio table and chairs are provided. Use the grill to prepare a delicious feast, then relax on the deck and watch the beauty of the sunset and the horses of GEVA.
   
Downstairs Bath:
Centrally located down the hall from the kitchen, the downstairs bath features a shower, sink, toilet, and tile flooring. Towels and washcloths are provided.
   
Master Bedroom:
The large master bedroom is open and airy with skylights and overlooks the living room. It includes a queen size bed, dresser, wardrobe, a large closet, and views of peaceful woodlands. The upstairs bath is just a few steps away. All linens are provided.
   
Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom is also upstairs. It includes a queen size bed, furnishings, two large closets, and views of the horse farm and surrounding vineyards. The upstairs bath is just a few steps away. All linens are provided.
   
Upstairs Bath:
The upstairs bath features an extra deep tub, sink, large cabinet, toilet, and tile floor. This vantage point provides views of the horse farm, surrounding vineyards, and mountains. All linens are provided.
   
Mud Room/Laundry:
The mud room has a separate entrance and features a sink and full-size washer and dryer. It opens into the kitchen and has a view of the pastures.
   
Horse Facilities:
Bring your equine friends! Glen Ellen Farms equine facilities include stalls with bedding, or paddocks, whichever is available, and alfalfa hay fed twice a day. Horse stalls/paddocks must be reserved in advance.) There are miles of riding trails nearby, or you can go for a ride on the Pacific Coast, only 35 miles away.

Farm tours and onsite riding lessons are also available.
