You are a ten-minute walk from the downtown area, the waterfront park, the Firehouse Center, the Custom House, unique shops, galleries, coffeehouses, bistros and many excellent restaurants. The boardwalk and marina are a few steps farther. The commuter rail station is an easy walk.
The Parker River Wild Life Refuge, the new Audubon Nature Center, ocean beaches and the New Hampshire and Maine coasts are minutes by car.
Cancellation:
Seven days advance notice required for rooms and 45 days for apartments. After that date, we can offer a credit but no refunds. Cancellation fees may apply. For seasonal rentals, we charge 50% of the balance at the time of the reservation and collect full payment at check-in.
