Unlike other shore points at the Southern shore, this location has living space. It is on a \'none therefore\' street with very few neighbors.
It is one of the most unique locations in all of the southern shore points. When you arrive, you don\'t want to leave. The 1700 sq. ft space has many upgrades including granite countertops in the kitchen, Marble Flooring in the Master Bathroom and Kitchen and a limestone tile in the hall bath. Since shoes are not normally worn indoors, the unit is very clean. It has a cozy custom paint on its walls and is very warm and inviting.
This beautiful four bedrooms home sleeps ten. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and eat -in dining area. Living room with full size sleeps sofa, love seat and TV. Bedroom has two double beds, TV and mirrored closets.
Bookings are available for both weekly and monthly rentals.

This is a beautiful spot on the Delaware Bay. The dock, which connects directly to the house, stretches out over the water. It is a great location for bird watching, crabbing, and presumably fishing (although we did not try the latter). Other than the few steps up to the house, everything else (two of the bedrooms, living space, deck, and dock) are on one level, so it should be relatively easy for a person with disabilities to get around. The place is dog friendly, and the owner was gracious and accommodating. It is a perfect place for hanging out and enjoying the water, weather, starry night, and company of family and friends.
