We have furnished the kitchen with most anything you would need to prepare simple snacks to gourmet meals. There is even a wok, espresso machine and electric indoor/outdoor grill and more. Should you need a recipe we’ve included some cookbooks. There is a washer/dryer in a fully equipped laundry room; jacuzzi tub in master bath; 3 tvs/dvd/vcr; all the linens you will need including a few beach towels; a bucket for shelling; central a/c; handicapped accessibility from the building itself to the walkways to beach and river (including the Dunes Park boardwalk); non- smoking; pets considered; assigned indoor parking along with two adult bikes for your use. The decor is cheerful, affording lovely surroundings for you, and your guests, while vacationing in this most unique resort community. Free wireless internet is available in clubhouse.
New Smyrna Beach is famous for it\'s gorgous beaches. Much nicer than Daytona, some drive on also a dog friendly beach available. Very artsy, great mainland and great beachside.
Close to Disney, Seaworld, Universal, and all the touristy things you wish to enjoy. Also, there is the Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island for wildlife, dunes park for wildlife and exercise, beautiful river and ocean.
Wonderful for romantic vacations, but also a great place for the family with a dunes a walk away, beach activities, boat rentals, tennis, swimming, biking, walking....and lots more.
Major airport in Orlando as well as smaller airports in Daytona and Sanford. Major expressways nearby make this an easy place to find.
Public bus system, neaby airports, private shuttle services, car rental, bicycles.
