Sleeps: 8This is a brand new 2 BR house rental with 1 bath completely furnished on the main floor (my wife and myself live on the upper level), nestled in a very quiet community which has many different nationalities present. Canadians, Americans, Brits, Dutch, Greek and of course Mexican. The rental house is 2 short blocks N of hwy 200, a very short walk to almost everything, restaurants, public transportation, night life, antique stores and another couple of blocks you are at the beach.
There is plenty of water as we are on municipal water and a cistern for back up. Lots of water pressure for showers. I have installed a pressure tank that is set at 65 psi for a fantastic shower, lots of hot water. The pool is four feet deep throughout with stairs at one end, lots of pool side area to lounge in or if you prefer a covered patio to enjoy a cold beer or just relax. There is a nice strip of manicure grass along the one side of the house bordering on the pool deck.
The kitchen is done up in typical Mexican motif with yellow and blue tiles on the counters. There is a 36 inches flat screen TV with star choice satellite just in case you have taken all the local scenery and activities.
