The result is excellent swimming in warm clear water. The bay is home to a wonderful collection of turtles and tropical fish. At night, the sea breeze can be magical. The beauty of this island is difficult to explain. The islands of Exuma are pristine and rural.
We do not offer opulence, gold and marble bathrooms, front desk or butler service, what we do offer is a Bahamian out-island experience and a sense of serenity. It is a place to slow down and reconnect with your spouse or family and reconnect with your inner self. HBV is the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the island, fishing, diving or beach combing. Enjoy early morning or evening strolls along the beach and take in the fresh ocean air. While HBV is not directly on the water front, the beach is across the street and getting to the access is just a quick walk. HBV cottages are centrally located, close to restaurants and within walking distance to a well stocked food and liquor store.
Each cottage has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms - 1 with a Queen Bed and the other with 2 Twin Beds, great for Families or Couples. Kitchens are fully equipped, with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer, full range stove with convection oven, and toaster. You can even arrange to have a local chef prepare your meals. Spacious Living and Dining Areas, with Cable T.Vs., DVD player, Electronic Games, and Board Games.
