This rental will become valid at the reception of mail only, dated and signed with a 30% caution fee.
Beyond this date, this agreement will be cancelled, and the proprietor remains free of any obligations.
A guarantee of 300 euros, in addition to the balance, will be asked upon your arrival.
This deposit will given to you the day of your departure, less possible either deterioration or restoration cost of any damages.
Up to an extreme, a cleaning fee will be taken in consideration upon the security deposit.
An inventory listing of the estate will be submitted to your signature,meaning that no decision will be taken without your full consentment .
