A large range of dining options are just a short walk away, or if you would like to catch your own, try your luck in the Snake River that winds through the wetlands adjacent to our building.
If after a couple days you may want to try some other mountains, you are 6 minutes from Arapahoe-Basin; 20 minutes from Breckenridge, Copper and Loveland; and 40 minutes from Vail or Beaver Creek. We can also inform you about discounts on multi-mountain discount lift tickets.
During the winter, many alternative activities are close at hand in the Keystone Village including: Ice Skating, Snowmobiling, Sleigh Rides, Snow Shoeing, Tubing, Fly Fishing, and Fitness Center.
As the snow melts, the summertime festivals jump into full swing. The River Run area of Keystone is home to several ethnic festivals (just a short walk or bus ride). For bikers, runners or walkers the summit county bike path is a few pedals away and will take you all the way through Summit County. Anglers you can wake up, take your coffee with you steps away to the river or beaver ponds for some fishing. If you are a golfer, experience the amazing Keystone Ranch Golf course just minutes away.
My wife Lori and I have been skiing since we were in college, but really got hooked when our boys came of age to enjoy it as well. We live in Michigan so we were already active in winter sports when friends invited us to tag along to Summit County on Spring Break one year. We were hooked immediately so it turned into a yearly event for the family, which eventually turned into a search for a place of our own, which then turned into this great unit in Snowdance Manor. We have been lucky enough to ski Colorado, Michigan, New York, and New Hampshire over the years but haven\'t found a spot we like better than Keystone overall. This condo is well appointed, clean, and located perfectly for a great ski/boarding holiday. The recent updates are well done and the building is well maintained. In addition to the convenient location to the lifts, it is also very close to all the evening activities and dining.
