A large queen bedroom has a private entry to the 1st floor full bath. Another large queen bedroom shares a full bath with a bedroom furnished with twin beds. The 3rd floor houses a King Master Suite with gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub.
The 2nd floor has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a wrap around bar that is the perfect spot to socialize as it is adjacent to an expansive living room and deck.
Rafting, biking, hiking, hot springs, casual to fine dining, world renowned fishing and hunting are all a short drive away. It is central to the attractions of Southwest Colorado and the Four Corners Area with spectacular sites.
