Built in 1963 by a professor of architecture, every room has a stunning ocean and Mendocino view. The house is framed with awe inspiring 150 year old hand cut giant redwood beams (reclaimed trestle) and the flooring is 3" thick maple from a San Fransisco bowling alley.
