A very spacious, modern, Mexican-style residence, with large window wall facades, tall ceilings, large wooden support beams, terrace and a chapel. Villa Maria Jacoba is located at Tepozteco National Park in the Valley's residential area, 10 minutes away from downtown Magical Tepoztlan, on foot. It is surrounded by a 45,200 square feet garden with a heated pool, Jacuzzi, fruit trees, and a 360° view of the Tepozteco Mountains.
It is very pleasant at night to hear the grasshoppers sing, and during rain season, to hear the sound of the water that runs through the small river aside the estate. The Villa's butler may purchase fresh food downtown daily for the cook to prepare it, and the housekeepers will make sure the premises are perfectly clean.
You will exclusively enjoy the privacy of the gardens, pool, and Jacuzzi of the Villa.
Villa Maria Jacoba is a very versatile vacation site, we have served from small six-member families, to very numerous groups from large corporations, and universities in seminars, congresses, and other events up to 800 participants.
It is very frequently leased for wedding celebrations because of its beautiful mountain landscapes, its gorgeous Chapel, and a flat, extra large garden suitable for banquets; furthermore, we are able to accomodate both the groom's and the bride's families given our capacity of 6 - 50 guests at our Villa and neighboring houses.
