This 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront home can accommodate up to eight people in your choice of bed configurations. The queen master suite has a spectacular view of the Atlantic w/private bathroom. A second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with four bunk beds offer glimpses of the Abaco Sound and share a second full bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The living/dining area is large and open. The spacious kitchen has a view of the ocean. It comes fully equipped with everything needed for gourmet meals. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, the usual small appliances, and a large outdoor gas grill. The large dining room table seats 8.
On one side of the house is a screened terrace with views of the Sea of Abaco, and on the other side is a large deck area with views of the Atlantic Ocean. A deck on top of the house offers outstanding 360 degree views of the island, the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic, with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Tropical landscaping surrounds the house.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, DVD/VCR/CD player, phone service, free high speed internet access, free VOIP phone service to the US and Canada, and a VHF radio (the telephone of the islands). Use of a modern high efficiency washer/dryer is provided for all guests. And finally, a 25 KW backup generator provides automatic full power backup for those summertime power outages on Guana Cay.
All linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided. The outside shower is perfect for rinsing off after a dip in the ocean. All you need to bring is your snorkel gear and suntan lotion!
