It’s situated in Konakli, Alanya, Turkey. The house is finished in 2005, is 180 m2, fully furnished and has all you could wish for of modern appliances and homely atmosphere. Has 3 bedrooms, 2 big living rooms, 2 large balconies with fireplace/BBQ, 2 small balconies, 2 large pools. The perfect place to relax and enjoy life, without having to worry about the children running into traffic or disappearing. Just 80 meters to the beach, shopping at local town Konakli or Avsalar just 5 min. down the road by Dolmus (bus). Alanya and all it’s shopping, markets and historic monuments is just 15 min. by bus.
If more than 5 persons renting, there is an extra charge of 5 euro per person / week for person 6-9.
Prices exclude flights which you can arrange through many providers including: Tyrkiet eksperten, Anatolien rejser, Turkish Airlines and Apollo rejser (from Denmark) It’s often cheaper to fly from Germany e.g. Hamburg.
Prices also exclude Transfers which we can arrange and are paid for locally in euros. Cost = 70 euros for 4 people & 85 euros for 5-7 people each way (If you are a small party you may be sharing a minibus with other clients).
A car is nice to have and can be hired for as little as 18 euros per day. We can recommend an extremely reliable car hire service, and they will give a favourable price if you refer to us. The car will be ready at the airport, when you arrive.There is plenty of parking space at Palm Villa.
Cleaning. Departure cleaning is included in the price.
Water is included in the price.
Electricity is not included in the price. The on site rep. will read the meter at your departure and you will be required to pay for electricity used.
Gasbotles During winter there can be a need to use the gasheaters. Gasbotles is not included in the price. Just contact the gardeners to refill the gasbotles. It wil be delivered at the door.
