This accommodation is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or large groups vacationing together. The All Seasons Redfish Beach House provides deluxe waterfront vacation rentals all year round. The Beach House also provides an opportunity for guests to canoe, in the canoe provided at the Beach House, from your own private beach; hike just minutes away, ski at Whitewater Ski Hill, bike in the beautiful countryside, or just kick back and relax! There is something fun for All Seasons. Our guests enjoy sitting on the beach or the deck watching the osprey and eagles fly by. As one of our recent guests stated in the Beach House guest book, "the beach house created an oasis in a world filled with hectic, crowded spaces". A perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation! Upper suite 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people. Fully equipped kitchens with microwave and dishwasher. All linens and dishes supplied. Bathrooms have jet tubs and heated tile floors. Gas fireplaces. Reservation Policy
* A deposit of half of the rental fee is required to secure reservation.
* Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
* A cheque in the amount of $400.00 is required for the damage deposit 14 days prior to arrival which will be returned upon inspection of premises after departure.
* Additional $100 damage deposit for pets.
* Visa or MasterCard are accepted for accommodation rental.
Cancellation Policy
* A $25 administration will be charged for cancellation 30 days or more prior to reservation.
* Within 30 days of reservation, the Security Deposit will be forfeited for bookings June – September; plus Christmas and New Years.
* Within 15 days of reservation, the Security Deposit will be forfeited for bookings October – May; excluding Christmas and New Years.
Beach House Guidelines
* Lower suite guests may park by stairs to lower suite, upper suite may park in front of house.
* No more than maximum posted number of overnight guests in the Beach House without prior approval.
* No Smoking inside the Beach House.
* Please clean up after your pet with the waste bags provided.
* No excessive noise between 11 PM and 7 AM.
* Any damage to the accommodations or contents within will be reimbursed fully by the guest.
* Check in after 3:00 PM and check out 11:00 AM without prior arrangement.
* For extended stays, linen service will be provided.
